HumanCharger Bright Light Glasses provide bright, targeted light in a lightweight wearable design, allowing you to move around, work, read or enjoy your breakfast while using them.

Light designed for your circadian rhythm
The blue-light mode has a nominal peak wavelength of approximately 480 nm, close to the wavelength range to which the melanopsin system in the eye is particularly sensitive.
This system plays an important role in signalling light and darkness to the body's circadian clock.
The glasses deliver the light from above while leaving your field of vision open, making them easy to incorporate into everyday life.
Two light modes
Choose between:
1. Blue light - targeted narrow-band light with a nominal peak wavelength around 480 nm.
2. White light - a broader, more familiar bright-light experience.
The light gradually increases in intensity during the first minute, allowing your eyes to adapt comfortably.
Choose the session that fits your day
Select a session of: 15 · 30 · 45 minutes
The glasses switch off automatically when the selected session is complete.
For many people, morning use is the natural place to start. The best timing, however, depends on what you want to achieve. Light timing is particularly important for jet lag and shift work.

Made to be worn
At just 55 grams, the Bright Light Glasses are designed to fit into normal daily life.
You can wear them while having breakfast, reading, working at your computer or moving around the house. They can also be worn over most prescription glasses, provided the frame does not block the light.
For smaller or narrower heads, the supplied adjustable head strap helps keep the glasses securely positioned so the light modules remain correctly aligned above the eyes.
