Four-Step Jet Lag Protocol

Adjusting to sleep between 22:00 - 07:00 (if you have another preferred sleeping time, just change the times below)

  1. When getting to your final destination
    If you arrive during the day, make sure that you stay awake until 22:00 by using the Humancharger when you feel tired
  2. Set Your Alarm
    To reset your body clock, choose a time for your first alarm at 07:00 at your destination. This is when you will start using the HumanCharger. Make sure your alarm clock / mobile phone has the correct time zone.
  3. Follow Up Alarms
    Then, set 4 additional alarms every two hours: 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00. When each alarm goes off, put on the HumanCharger, press the button, and it will run for exactly 12 minutes, then automatically shut off.
  4. Repeat
    Repeat this protocol for day 2 to help your body clock fully reset. After the second day, you can simply use the HumanCharger once daily when you first awake. However, don’t hesitate to use it for a pick-me-up in the afternoon if necessary!
