Lila Lapanja: Light is important for mitochondrial health

I use the HumanCharger every morning when I’m stretching, and for jet lag. It’s been extremely helpful. Just the jet lag support is already huge. I’m really committed to better light and circadian rhythm health. 

It’s honestly crazy how society doesn’t respect that at all. Traveling and being in hotel rooms rather than a stable environment where I can have a normal routine makes it extra hard!

I'm starting to really understand how important light is for mitochondrial health. Human bodies were designed to flow with nature - cold, warm, sunsets, sunrises, campfires, seasonal energy. We are making ourselves sick from that disconnection. 

No wonder there are so many health issues, allergies, mental health problems, etc. I really want to be a part of the movement. Because I believe in it. And I want to find reasonable ways to function in modern society while also staying connected to the wild side.
