HumanCharger Bright Light Headset

So far so good. It's a little hard to tell what of my morning routine is providing the most benefit. But I'm definitely feeling better now than I ever have. Other parts of my routine include a balance nutrition and vitamins (I used Vitamin D3 with and K2 with Omega 3 MCT Oil) and others to regulate my circadian rhythm. I stand on a vibration plate and do alternate nostril breathing. I also listen to dance music with a positive message. After that warm up, I do a combo of yoga, pilates, and resistance training and movement practice. I also use an "elevation simulator mask". It blocks air flow with adjustable knobs. To simulate being at 5000', 10,000', 14,000', in thousand foot increments (supposedly). I do this barefoot on a grounding mat. In the USA, a popular podcaster "Andy Frisella" has popularized a lifestyle change called 75 Hard. Many find it super beneficial, others find it too "hard" to be consistent with, or make it the full 75 days. To that effect, I designed a program called "Every Day Easy". Which is about building consistent habits. I love the Human charger, vibration plate, and alternate nasal breathing combo (10 min). It oxygenates the blood, moves lymphatic fluid, and the blue light all mimic going on an active walk on a sunny day (which we know to be healthy, especially for circadian rhythms). Once warmed up, I can get a world class work out in, for less than 15 min a day. Quite often, not even breaking a sweat, cuz the altitude simulation mask makes for a great cardio workout, with a lot less movement. So again... I don't know where the effects of the Human Charger end, and my routine begins. But I feel it plays an integral role in my holistic approach to a morning routine. Keep shining bright. ;-)
